New York, NY – February 13, 2007 -- United Stations Radio Networks, Inc., (USRN), an independent leader in the creation and marketing of network radio programming, announced that it has signed a new agreement with New York-based Phrequency Entertainment, LLC, the producer of Full Throttle Radio with Fatman Scoop and DJ Mr. Vince. The new deal expands USRN’s duties to include all Affiliate Relations functions for the weekly program. The network had been the exclusive sales arm for the show handling the sales and traffic of national network commercials in the show since 2005. The announcement of the expanded marketing partnership, which is effective immediately, was made by United Stations President/COO Jim Higgins.

Full Throttle Radio with Fatman Scoop and DJ Mr. Vince is a high-energy, personality-driven mix show that features Hip Hop, R&B, Reggaeton and more. The show airs for 3-hours per week and has been in national syndication since 2004. The show features popular music, exclusive mix segments and an impressive array of visiting guest stars. Past guests on Full Throttle Radio have included Ciara, 50 Cent, Diddy, Chris Brown, Lil Jon, Mario and many more.

Fatman Scoop is the "Mr. Do-It-All" of Hip Hop. In addition to hosting Full Throttle Radio each week, he is currently heard weekdays as the midday air personality on Hot 97 (WQHT-FM), New York. His extensive resume encompasses a number of avenues of the entertainment business including handling music promotion, commercial voiceovers, modeling of Hip Hop clothing, writing for The Source magazine and appearing in numerous music videos. He is one of the most sought after club DJ’s in the world, regularly appearing in North America, Europe and Asia. He has released a number of successful party records, including the Grammy winning “Lose Control” with Missy Elliott & Ciara, "Hands Up," "Where You At," “Get Busy Remix” with Sean Paul and “Be Faithful” which went to No. 1 in Europe.

DJ Mr. Vince is not only an accomplished and popular club DJ, but he’s also a veteran of both local radio and of nationally distributed radio programming. His company, PhreQuency Entertainment, produces Full Throttle Radio each week and was also the company known for producing Ed Lover & Dr. Dre’s "The Jumpoff" as well as Walt Baby Love’s Urban & AC shows. He’s also the Mixshow Coordinator for Clear Channel's WPKF/Kiss FM in Poughkeepsie, NY and is a member of the World Famous Vynil Squad, which is a production team that is known by DJ’s world wide for their Night Club Party Remix Records.

In making the announcement, USRN’s Higgins noted that "We’ve been fans of what Scoop and Vince had been doing with Full Throttle, and that’s why we dove into a sales relationship with the show. As we’ve seen the production team become more in demand for personal appearances, it became apparent that the best way to continue growing Full Throttle was to increase our role, and we’re glad to be committing more resources to the program.”
