Network and Mix Show Provider Forge Multi-Year Renewal for Ad Sales Representation

Mixes Offered for Free Holiday Weekend Trial


New York, NY – May 22, 2007 -- United Stations Radio Networks, Inc., (USRN) an independent leader in original network radio programming, today announced it has signed a multi-year extension of its agreement to sell network commercial time for Chicago-based JamTraxx Media, Incorporated (“JTM”). JTM will continue to provide affiliate relations efforts as well as act as producer for all JamTraxx© and RadioMixes© programming. United Stations President/COO Jim Higgins made the announcement in the company’s New York headquarters along with JTM Vice President, Rob Austin.

JamTraxx produced customized “Mix Shows” to hundreds of affiliates around the globe for formats including Urban, CHR and AC. USRN has been providing representation for JTM to the national advertising community since early 2004, and this renewal extends that partnership beyond the end of the decade.

Through this partnership arrangement, affiliates are able to barter for commercial inventory for the JamTraxx mix show services. JamTraxx provides multi-hour programming blocks that are mixed in a way to re-create the feeling of a nightclub or party for radio stations looking to create broadcast time slots with that same mood. The JTM shows are delivered unhosted with very few interruptions, and are available to affiliates via digital download or on CD.
