UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS SIGNS MULTI-YEAR MARKETING
AGREEMENTS WITH GROOVE ADDICTS AND MANNGROUP RADIO

Program Suppliers Shift Sales Functions


New York, NY - February 28, 2005 - United Stations Radio Networks, Inc. (USRN), an independent leader in original network radio programming, today announced that it has signed multi-year marketing arrangements with both Groove Addicts and MannGroup Radio establishing USRN as the exclusive marketing representative for their commercial inventory. Both organizations are based in Los Angeles. USRN's New York-based EVP/GM Jim Higgins made the announcement in conjunction with Groove Addicts CEO/Creative Director Dain Blair and MannGroup Radio President Ed Mann.

These tandem agreements help strengthen USRN's marketing reach primarily in the youth-oriented radio marketplace as well as in the 25-54 arena. Groove Addicts and MannGroup Radio produce programming and services that are complementary to USRN's existing programming lineup and, in particular, Groove Addicts production tools, services and music libraries are provided to stations in a similar capacity to USRN's Comedy and Prep divisions. Groove Addicts and MannGroup Radio will continue to handle their own affiliate marketing efforts while USRN will fill the roles of handling ad sales and other revenue generating vehicles.

Both Groove Addicts and MannGroup have a formidable line-up of top radio stations because they offer both high quality and unique radio services that stations can't get from any other radio company. We're proud and excited to be working with them both, Higgins added.

MannGroup Radio is owned by the company's president, Ed Mann. Mann has been involved in many aspects of broadcast radio for the last 25 years, notably as an on-air personality at KIIS-FM in Los Angeles and as co-founder of Premiere Radio Networks.
