Bloomberg Businessweek Updates are one-minute business features reported by top financial journalists at Bloomberg Radio and Television. The Updates are produced four times a day during the week with four additional reports available for weekends. The reports are written for a general audience and focus on business stories that any listener might find interesting, entertaining or useful in their daily lives.

Bloomberg Businessweek Updates cover people, companies and products that are familiar to most households. The stories look at the "slice of life" side of business in a way that is engaging and yet revealing about what is happening in our economy. The Updates do not include numbers on the financial markets, offering flexibility on when they are used. However, major business stories of the day are included to ensure that listeners stay on top of the news. The reports generally include four stories with a music bed throughout the entire report.
